Order Confirmation –
Once you have placed your order online, we will send a confirmation message to the email address you have provided. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a further email message.
Dispatch Time – All of the products featured on our website are available from stock. Orders can only be placed online and are dispatched within two working days of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday. In the rare event of any delay occurring, we will contact you directly.
Delivery Time – All orders sent within the UK sent by Royal Mail 1st Class (Signed For), please allow at least 2 days for delivery. Orders sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels are delivered in 2-5 days. Proof of postage can be provided on all dispatched orders. Note: This does not cover lost items
International Orders – Orders sent within Europe by standard airmail are normally delivered within 5-10 working days. Please note that delivery times quoted are approximate and can be subject to delay. International airmail is not a trackable service but it does require a signature when delivered. If you require a tracking number for your order, please use the contact form prior to ordering. Proof of postage can be provided on all dispatched orders. Note: This does not cover for lost items
Prices & Payments – All prices displayed on our website are GBP we only accept this currency through Paypal.
Returns – If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 2 days of receipt and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If returning goods, we strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage in case the items aren’t delivered to us for any reason. We will only consider any refund once the goods have been safely received and fully inspected.
